Neighborhood Declaration (10 points): Send an email to Professor indicating what neighborhood you will be focusing on for your assignments and why. You should pick a neighborhood in which you lived at some point during your lifetime. If you have lived in more than one neighborhood, you can choose whichever neighborhood you are more interested in learning more about. Keep in mind that you will need to interview someone who has lived in the neighborhood for at least 10 years. You will be focusing on neighborhood changes.
