Suppose a home improvement business, Makle Construction, located in California, would like to be the partner of Capital Home Improvement, LLC. You are responsible for preparing a draft of the agreement.
· Download and edit the sample partnering agreement—Construction Contract—customizing it to fit the needs of Makle Construction and Capitol Home Improvement, LLC.
· Provide a Title Page.
· The Contract will be the body of your paper.

Locate and review the following article:
Kahler, L. (2013). Contract-management duties as a new regulatory device. Law & Contemporary Problems, 76(2), 89-103. Available in the Trident Online LIbrary.
· Submit a 2-page (excluding title and references pages) critique of the article.
· Summarize the article and also state how you could apply the information in a real-world scenario, such as your SLP contract or another scenario of your choice.
Additionally, consider the organization and the business situation you have been developing over the course of the last three modules.
· Think about a potential partner for the business situation and discuss the possible benefits of this partnership.
· Integrate the concepts and principles you have been studying in this module and prepare a sample partnering agreement.
· Add your revised Contract to the end of your two full-page paper and place it on its own page after the references page.
