1. Nature of the audience is something they were not prepared for:
· Pre-Pandemic they had a bit fall in terms security and level of engagement at their audiences, they did not diversities their audiences before the pandemic as of people suffer job lost, so they did not factor that in. Leading to that a lot of restaurant or chefs that worked independently got effected since that what they liked as a profession. As well as having a lot of people existing the business since it was a very hard time during the pandemic.
· The owners of the company facing challenges in terms of how they operate. Focusing on the sustainability and what other ways to advertise the sustainability
· Sexual harassment in the work place and bullying and way how women is treating, so they want to talk more about this main point.
