    Scenario
    As the Regional Sales Director for a national bank, you are creating a new training program that will be used at each branch to increase the sales of financial products to customers, including checking and savings accounts, loans, certificates of deposits, and other financial investments.

    Instructions
    Create an 8-10 slide PowerPoint presentation for new and existing branch employees that addresses the following.

    • Describe whether employees should use consultative selling or transactional selling; explain your rationale.
    • Explain how employees can build long-term relationships with bank customers that help lead to sales.
    • Discuss the importance of ethics in sales. Research the Wells Fargo Fake Account Scandal and the $3 billion fine they had to pay in 2020.
    • Use only key words or phrases on the slides, along with pictures and graphics, to make your presentation visually appealing as well as professional looking.
    • Include at least one paragraph in the Speaker Notes section below each slide explaining the details of what you would say if you gave the presentation live.
    • Include a reference slide, with at least 3 references, that follows APA guidelines.
    • NOTE – Be sure the documents contain proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
