I need someone who knows how to design a vacuum pan crystallizer for raw sugar plant. I have material balance and energy balance around the equipment. Designing an equipment means calculate specific things like height, length, flooding velocity and so on.. I do not know the details so I need someone who really knows.
I will send you samples for other equipments, but it is not the same and the information is not easy to find online.
