Part I

Reflection Questions – Answer the Following Questions so you can construct your PowerPoint in Part 2 (see below). Be sure to provide examples for each question!

1. What is your major? (You can do Aviation or Sports management ). How does your field use communication to present information effectively? Identify at least 2 strategies you have witnessed among your professors and classmates? Why were these strategies successful?

2. Select a specific leadership style that you exhibit. Provide an example of how you use this style as a leader within your discipline. It could be something you did on campus or in your community.

3. Select your favorite Task-Related group member role or behavior (one you have witnessed in others or exhibit yourself). What are the positive impacts of these roles/behaviors?

4. Select your favorite Maintenance role or behavior (one you have witnessed in others or exhibit yourself). What are the positive impacts of these roles/behaviors?

5. Identify your biggest pet-peeve Negative role or behavior (one you have witnessed in others or exhibit yourself). What are the negative consequences of using these roles/behaviors?

Part II

Create a PowerPoint to display at the panel presentation

Keep in mind that your PowerPoint is a visual representation of your presentation/main points (or in this case, your responses to the questions you answered in Part I of this assignment).

PowerPoint Guidelines

· Include a Title Slide

· Incorporate 5-6 Content Slides

· Follow the 4×4 or 5×5 rule

· Be sure to incorporate images that are clear and appropriate

· Be consistent with your transitions

· Limit the use of animations
