Review the description of the process and the potential process failure modes given. Using your insight, knowledge, and judgment, develop potential effects for each failure mode and rank their severity. For each effect, list at least one potential cause for the failure and rank the likelihood of its occurrence. List the current controls in place to detect the failures and rank them. For each each failure, cause, and control, determine an RPN value. List any recommended actions. Once the PFMEA is complete, provide an interpretation of the results.
