The boss at the company where you last worked phoned you to ask for your opinion on how to improve
working conditions and productivity (at the boss company). He values your opinion because you were
one of his best employees, and he wasnt happy when you resigned.
You are happy to help him. As a matter of fact, there are several problems that you had wanted to
mention when you worked there, but you hadnt because you didnt want to cause trouble.
