Here are the instructions:
Choose an a business-oriented IT system. It could be a SaaS-based IT system Slack, Trello, Jira. It could also be an enterprise system like Canvas, SAP, or Salesforce.com.
Do not chose Microsoft or Google tools such as google drive, powerpoint, access, MS project, etcs.
1)Identify two user personas (knowledge, task, interests, characteristics) and for each briefly describe a use scenarios (steps toward a goal) for the system. You do not need to list DFD process numbers).
2)Identify two design principles which support the each of the two use scenarios identified above. Specify how they are implemented.

- Usage level
- Consistency
- Minimize user effort
