Case Studies

These will provide practice applying CVD Risk Factor calculations and the ACSM preparticipation algorithm to determine risk factors and need for medical clearance prior to exercise. Be sure to pay close attention to the desired level of intensity as you consider the need for medical clearance. For each case study include a brief statement describing how you came to your conclusions. If you are still waiting on your texts these pages are included in the PDF of the reading found on the module reading page.
