The final assignment will be a written paper on a topic of your choice related to the Modules in this course. (Eg. Exercise Across the Lifespan, Connecting with Nature, Music and our Well-Being, The Healing Power of Play, Laughter, and Humor, Healthy Relationships Across the Lifespan, Building A Healthy Immune System, The Benefit of the Human-Animal Relationship.) pick one of these.
- Choose a topic you want to learn more about.
- Conduct a literature review of peer-reviewed journal articles that discuss the topic you have chosen. As the basis for your research, choose 3-4 peer reviewed journal articles related to your topic.
- Summarize the information in the journal articles.
- Reflect upon how the information contained in the articles may impact you.
- What have you learned as a result of your research findings and reflection?
Your paper should be a minimum of three double-spaced pages: including your reflections on at least 3-4 peer reviewed journal articles related to your topic. This does not include cover page and reference page.
