Lets take a minute to review our progress to date and determine what more needs to be done. The final product will be a training proposal to reverse the declining trend in W3 quality. We have completed the needs assessment and three training objectives. The good news is the needs assessment and objectives have clearly identified what the trainees need to know, the conditions they need to do it under, and the standards they need to meet. The next steps are to determine the overall approach to the training, evaluation methods for both the trainees and the program, where the material is to be taught, and who is to teach it.
This assignment will address the overall approach, training venue, and formative training program evaluation. The remainder will be addressed later in the course.
