Paper #3 Development of an Assessment Plan
This assignment will include components of Paper #1 and #2, with additional components of an assessment plan. This would result in an additional 2 3 pages beyond the previously submitted Papers #1 and #2.

Chapter One
I. Introduction to the hypothetical institution
- This is where you present a description of the hypothetical university.
II. Mission, Vision, Goals of the hypothetical institution
- This is where you will state the mission, vision, and at least four goals for the university.
III. Analysis / Summary of the hypothetical institution
- This is where you provide your own analysis of your mission, vision, and goals.
Chapter Two
I. Introduction to the program
- This is where you present a description of the hypothetical program.
II. Mission, Vision, Goals to the program and course objectives
- This is where you will state the mission, vision, and at least four goals for the program.
- Course name and two course objectives
III. Analysis / Summary of the program
- This is where you provide your own analysis of the mission, vision, and goals.
III. Assessment Plan This is where you would include a table format for the assessment plan.
