High-level Context Diagram: Use or Draw.io software to create the high-level Context Diagram (include screen shots in phase II report Word file and also attach the Visio file)
Technical Environment Diagram: Use or Draw.io software to showing all hardware, OS, NOS, server information (include host name, URL, terms, conditions, fees, and space), and base software/language (Access, HTML, etc.) (Append screen shots to the end of phase II report Word file and also attach the Visio file)
: Use or Draw.io software to create the system flowchart showing the overall hierarchy of the system by depicting how various database screens/windows (for db-type projects) or web pages (for web projects) are related/linked (Append screen shots to the end of phase II report Word file and also attach the Visio file).
