3. (a) Prepare a stakeholder analysis for the project, using the template provided or something similar. Be creative in developing the stakeholders, and try to include at least four functional managers. Include customers as an ingredient in your analysis.
(b) Develop an influence/impact grid for significant stakeholders. Ensure that customers are included.
