- Choose a healthcare related business that you might like to use for your course project this semester.
- This business can be for-profit or nonprofit.
- Businesses can be a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, gyms, free clinic, dentist office, health food store, spa, mental health counseling office etc.
- No one can choose the same organization as the student example.
- Use the SWOT Worksheet
- Using the worksheet answer the questions for the four areas of a SWOT analysis.
- Complete the SWOT matrix after you have answered the questions.
- After you have completed an analysis of your business, write a summary of the findings. This will allow you to make future decision on the strategies your business should take for potential growth.
