For this class, you will need to conduct a research paper on a topic that stems from one of the elements we discussed in this course. You have the freedom to select anything that interests you. You are not limited to any particular topic, but it must somehow relate to this course. As some examples, you can research such a regulatory modification ruling, a change in training protocol, or an aviation accident with significant CRM issues.
please use the next few weeks to finalize your research paper. You should have had ample time to research your topic, gather data, and find resources to back your research findings.
Your research paper should be a minimum of 8 pages.
