For Project 3 – Character Build, each of you will finalize the geometry of your untextured 3D character.

Your character must be a single continuous mesh object except for the eyeballs.

Project Directives:

  • Character mesh must be predominantly quads (four-sided polygons) you may use a small number of triangles but no n-gons allowed.
  • Your character must have eyeballs that are separate from the body mesh.
  • Your character must have a face with inward extruded mouth cavity and eye sockets
  • The eyelids of your character must meet up with the edge of your eyeballs
  • Your character mesh must be closed, with no holes or orphaned parts.
  • Your character must have hands with no less than four fingers (five is preferred for humanoids)
  • Your character must have legs and feet (do not worry about building toes)
  • To be turned in as a .blend file on Blackboard
