Learning Goal: I’m working on a programming project and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
In your report, you will complete two designs from the website. You need to select a Hard or Expert design. You will create the three models of the first design using a Scrum approach. For the second design, you will use the Kanban approach. Your report should be submitted as a Word (.docx) or PDF document with screenshots from Trello and Excel. Clearly indicate each report section (i.e.: design 1, design 2, retrospective) and subsections. You may use other software, but make sure you properly identify and reference the software used. As a report the document should contain an introduction, discussion and conclusion/retrospective section as well as references.
